Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname for win2k3 machine

Hey guys,

Something probably simple that I am overlooking.

We have implemented additionaly MTArestrictions for reject_non_fqdn_hostname, we have a windows machine which emails reports to users. However we are getting:
"Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname"
I have added the dns suffix via Properties-Computer Name-Change-More. I want to fix the problem machine rather than put the machine into the MTA's host file.

Any ideas?
