4.0RC1 documents error

I have a new install of 4.0RC1 on a test machine.
This has already been filed as bug 10351, but posting it here as well.
When clicking on the documents tab to play around with that I get this error:

After upgrading RC1 to GA, I no longer receive the message before but I now receive this message.
Error: Documents templates missing. Please notify an administrator
I will try a full reinstall and see if this clears up the problem.

I had the same message and this worked for me.

Yes, a fresh install worked for me as well.

I'm slightly confused, which error do you mean? This one:

Error: Documents templates missing. Please notify an administrator

If that's the one you mean could you try this ( pick an account & password this will create the accounts):

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmprov in account@domain.com password /opt/zimbra/wiki/Template Template 
/opt/zimbra/wiki/Template Template
tomcat stop
tomcat start
