Lightbulb zimbra mail queue setting

Dear All,

In zimbra mails will remain in queue for 5 days(default settings) in case of bad domain name or like this issues. I have updated /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/main.cf file and made
bounce_queue_lifetime = 1d, but still mails are there in queue from last four days. So let me know whether this setting is correct or not. If it is wrong then let me know the proper settings.

Thanks in advance.

Search the forums for the following words: "maximal queue lifetime"

or you can modify by postconf command.
Such as: as zimbra user, you can type
postconf -e bounce_queue_lifetime=1d
and please note restarting the postfix by this command:
postfix reload
