Default hiding or removing menu option "Accounts" from Preferences

Is there a way to restrict, remove/hide the "Accounts" page from the users Preferences? I want to allow uses to customize their preferences, but I don't want them to be able to change their Display Name or change the "reply-to" information. Attached is a screenshot of the items I would like to restrict or hide/remote. This is one thing that's keeping me from being able to put this in production, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I can't believe this can't be turned off. This is a big security concern for me. Someone could effectively use this as a way to phish internally. There really should be a way to restrict end users from making changes like this.

you can prevent him from setting something else as a emailadress.
so he can only add aliases ment for him this is possible
he can always chang ehis name but you will always know who he is just look at the mail header return adress

true, but as sad as it is, most users don't look at the header information, especially when it comes from an internal source and its a name they recognize.
