Default html message not visible in standard version

i composed a mail as HTML and sent to a person, that other person if he tries to open that, it is showing empty (all the headers are visible, but message content is empty)

There's a lack of information in you post such as: zimbra version and release; which browser and version; did you try a different browser; did you clear the browser cache; where and how is the recipient viewing this email; is the recipient on a Zimbra server what?

i tried all the browsers, but still i didn;t see the message. the recipient is viewing the mail other than zimbra server.

One thing i observerd is even i sent a html mail, at the reciepient side if i open the mail and click show original button the content type it is showing is --"text/plain". how we can we resolve issue??????
