There's a lack of information in you post such as: zimbra version and release; which browser and version; did you try a different browser; did you clear the browser cache; where and how is the recipient viewing this email; is the recipient on a Zimbra server what?Quote:

One thing i observerd is even i sent a html mail, at the reciepient side if i open the mail and click show original button the content type it is showing is --"text/plain". how we can we resolve issue??????
