my zimbra crasched after soap attach

hi. i need urgently help. my zimbra OC server, worked so fine during to many months, after, i received a prevention from my ISP indicading i am sending spam from my ip address. After check carefully all computers, i detected in zimbra server a soap attach, then, i proceed inmediatly to close port 7071 in, and 25 out, while time i try fixing the problem, but, several minutes after it, my zimbra server stop working, no more gui interface and no services, then, i reboot it, but, never startup up again.

I tried reading every forum in the web related to, but, i not found the solution, and in my zimbra server i has 15 years of information an no backups .

i need to retrieve my emails again for install a new clean zimbra again, but, the most near attemp display an error and i not know how fix it.

Please, i need any suggestions or expert help in this issue, is so very important for me recover this data.

The problem appears to be the fact that this file is empty as you've run the installer multiple times, you need to fix that. Have a look at these threads for the answer on how to restore that file: site:zimbra.com +"/opt/zimbra/.saveconfig/config.save" +empty - Yahoo! Search Results

after it, run again the install.sh and try upgrading but, now the message is other

i believe read before in other forum, this message not is bad, and try again the install.sh but the message is again

This output tells you nothing, other than the upgrade script failed, you need to look in the log file to see what the problem is.

If you have the Newtork Edition of Zimbra you can open a support case otherwise your support options are these forums (you can search them for details of your problems as the questions have most likely been answered already - as has the one you're asking).

You need to chown the /opt/zimbra/directory structure to root:root then run the /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms script (as root) with the '-extended' option - when that's completed run the installer again.
