In future you should a) not add your post to a thread that is over two years old (you should have started a new thread) b) not add your post to a thread that has nothing to do with your problem c)provide a full description of the problem (not just a cryptic post of one line from the log file) including your current configuration and what exactly the problem is including more of the error messages from the log files and d) search the forums first.

we are unable to send mail to outer domains

we receving mail from them ,

You should not add your posts to a thread that's over three years old when you already have a thread open on the same topic.

Which of the solutions did you try from the link I gave you earlier? From your lates post I'd suggest that your DNS A & MX records are incorrect and possibly your /etc/hosts file - go to the Split DNS article and set it up as shown in that article then check your configuration by running the commands in the 'Verify...' section of the article.
