Exclamation Zimbra unusable! Need to move the mailboxes to other server.. help!!

Hi!!
I have a big issue that I need to solve..
For some reason my Administration GUI is corrupt as well as some Zimbra database components. I am unable to create accounts, delete accounts and so on.. I have around 500 users that have data on the server (around 50GB of data) and I HAVE to move to a new Zimbra installation.
Is there a way to do this? How can I do it?
Can I manually move the zimbra folders that contain user data?
Please help!!!

Thanks much.

Did you check if your IMAP or POP service still worked?
If they still worked, you should use imapsync to sync all your folders to an other mail server.

As I said above: please check your IMAP services
Imapsync will finish all your works.
It can done with both NE and OSS version.
Please search with "imapsync" keyword for more information.

How can I use IMAPSync if I don't have the passwords for all the 400+ accounts.. plus they are encrypted. Unless there is a way to retrieve all the users and passwords.
Yes, both POP and IMAP are still working, it's the admin that is corrupt.

Teo

IMAPSYNC can get over that problem, search the forums for details on IMAPSYNC of the wiki article.

with Imapsync, you don't need have all password of all user, you only need the password of admin account. With that, you use AUTH PLAIN to migrate all your data of your users.
Use "Imapsync don't need user password" keyword for more information.
