We are thinking of upgrading our version of Zimbra, it is possible from this version? As it is, I would like if they can describe the steps.

The upgrade process is to run the './install.sh' script, full details of the upgrade process and which version you can go from-to are detailed in the Release Notes, - make sure you take a full backup before you do any upgrades.
