Restricting users to send mails to outside domains

In Zimbra Network Edition Enviroment , Is it possible to restrict some user to send mail to internal domains only.

Searched but all of them didn't support network editions

The solutions work on all versions of Zimbra, they are modifications to Postfix (the MTA in Zimbra).
