We get lots of spam. it it possible to integrate zimbra with another anti-spam box, which would place spam in the zimbra JUNK folder automatically

You should really post details of what you've done already to ameliorate the spam problem and which techniques you've followed from the wiki articles and forum posts, posting some of the headers of spam might give a hint as to what the problem may be - and what do you mean by 'lots of spam'?
