Default mail forwarding to mail server using smtp authentication

Iam using zimbra mail for the last one year without any problems. Now we have started a webserver ,from which we want to reply mail by using smtp authorisation. The web server was using the java mail.api.In the web server i have to cofigure the username, password, portno,SSL or not etc.

The webserver interface is used to reply mails to our clients using smtp authentication.I can send mails using outlook without any problems. But through my webserver application, i cant send mails. One of my college says that I have to enable the mail relay to the webservers ip.
How can I configure these/how can i trouble shoot the exact problem.
Please help me...

Have you checked /var/log/zimbra.log when you send an email to see why Postfix is not allowing it to relay when authentication credentials have been specified ? Which SMTP submission port are you using ?

Iam using the port 587 with smtp authentication and ssl and the webserver is usig the ip 110.200.2.1

The zimbra log is follows

Jul 27 20:08:33 pop postfix/smtpd[28709]: connect from unknown[110.200.2.1]
Jul 27 20:08:33 pop postfix/smtpd[28709]: lost connection after UNKNOWN from unknown[110.200.2.1]
Jul 27 20:08:33 pop postfix/smtpd[28709]: disconnect from unknown[110.200.2.1]

Jul 27 20:08:33 pop postfix/smtpd[28709]: disconnect from unknown[110.200.2.1]

After some moments the log says
