zimbra backup with ztool

hello guys!!!
I need to make a backup of the accounts in my zimbra server. I'm using the ztool but I have a problem.
When I run the ztool with:

php /usr/share/ztool/zb.php --backupAll --debug

the ztool only create a backup file of the accounts created for zimbra in instalations, the accounts that created for me are ignored.
Can someone hepl-me.

I am guessing that this is the tool from F13 and perhaps better to direct the question to them ?
