I use Persona like Internet Service Provider but I don't know its SMTP. So I can't send mail!!

You've posted this in the wrong forum, which product is this with: Zimbra Desktop or Zimbra Collaboration Suite? You will need to contact your ISP to get the address of it's SMTP server.
