Problem Creating CSR for Commercial Certificate

Hi All,

I'm trying to renew my comodo SSL certificate but each time I send it for verification information is missing in the exported CSR.

I'm also getting

"
Your certificate was not installed due to the error : system failure: XXXXX ERROR: Unmatching certificate (/opt/zimbra/mailboxd/webapps/zimbraAdmin/tmp/current.crt) and private key (/opt/zimbra/mailboxd/webapps/zimbraAdmin/tmp/current_comm.key) pair."

When I run a decode on the CSR the company name is reduced to only four characters. Has anyone experienced this ? Before I burn up a commercial support ticket. :-)
