How I can redirect the wrong mails to a specific mail address? let's assume we have x@domain.com and y@domain.com, the x@domain.com was sent an email z@domain.com in this case the bounce mail I wanna sent it to the y@domain.com such as catching all wrong mails...

You can't do that and 'bouncing email' could be considered spamming. If the email is incorrectly sent to the wrong address on your server then the original sender would get a bounce notification that the email was undelivered, that's the way email works.

Thank you man for your kind info, this is the email is working and it's the standard but is it possible to do it for the incoming emails, if the x@gmail.com trying to send any email to the z@domain.com while the z@domain.com doesn't exist I need the email to go the y@domain.com assuming the y@domain.com like a catch-all

so it will be something like that:
zmprov modifyAccount user@domain.com zimbraMailCatchAllAddress @domain.com
