Default Mail in User's Folders did not Migrate(32 to 64)

I recently moved my server(Network Edition) from 32 bit to 64 bit using the wiki instructions. One of my users had created some folders in Zimbra to organize his emails in. The folders transfered, but the emails inside them do no seem to be there.

My plan is bring the old server back online, attach with Outlook, pull them to a pst and import them, but I was wondering if there was another way?

Before you do that try and reindex the account and see if they're visible.

When I try to reindex from the management interface I get 0 messages reindexed, 0 messages remaining, 0 messages failed". Command line didn't seem to behave any differently.
