Lightbulb Tip: Multiple external domains, single active directory

We have a single active directory but multiple external domains. Users on the same active directory may be using single external

I have setup the Zimbra with multple domains with .local as a suffix for all the external domains, e.g. example1.com is created as example1.com.local, example2.com is created example2.com.local.

The authentication of all these domains on Zimbra are using the same active directory, however users who are primarily using example1.com is created as user@example1.com.local account in Zimbra.

The actual external domain is added as Virtual Host.

Then using domain masquerading all email for users of example1.com.local to be example1.com and example2.com.local to be example2.com.

Do let me know if anybody else has managed to achieve the same objective otherwise.

Regards,

Mitesh
