Default [SOLVED] "Show Original" and "New Filter" Options Grayed Out

I'm starting my second evaluation of Zimbra and have noticed that several messages in my mailbox have the "Show Original" and "New Filter" options grayed out. I really need to be able to see the SMTP headers for messages. Does anybody have any idea why these would be available for some messages and not for others?

Thanks!
Pat

If you're doing this on messages that are part of a conversation, make sure you first expand the conversation to show the individual messages, and then right-click on the individual message you wish to preform the action on.

That was it! I changed the view from conversation to message and that cleared everything up. THANKS!

You could also just expand the individual conversation (by clicking the triangle/arrow on the left side of the message list), and it will show you a list of indiv. messages in that conversation. You could then right-click on the particular message.

I like Conversation view better than Message view, thats why I mention that.
