Default Time Issues, Server Status 1 Hour Ahead + External Appointment Invites 1 hour ahead.

Me and my users are loving our nice new Zimbra installation but have one little issue to sort out in relation to times.

Ubuntu 8.04 LTS 64bit
Release 6.0.7_GA_2473.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 FOSS edition.

In the Server Status the refresh time is correct but the times against the serivces are 1 hour ahead, last login for users in the accounts list also shows 1 hour ahead, not really an issue but wondering if it might be related to a problem we have with one of our external contacts. Whenever this external (Using Outlook 2007) invites one of our users the meeting time always comes out 1 hour ahead in Zimbra.

Time zone is correctly set on the server and displays the correct time when queried.
Log entry times on the server seem to be ok.
NTP is installed and running and keeping time in sync.
COS default timezone is correct. (GMT +10 Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney)

Internal meeting times are OK.
Times for our iPhone users are OK (via CalDAV)
Another external contact using Thunderbird + Calendar/CalDAV plugin (unknown) is ok.

Only difference i can see in the meeting invites is the VCALENDAR info in the meeting request from the thunderbird user and requests sent from Zimbra contain Timezone information but from the ourlook user it does not.

Any ideas from the helpful Zimbra community..?
