Default Issues with putting up a 4.0RC1 VMWare image?

I am just wanting to find out if Zimbra has any issues if I put up a VMWare image of CentOS 4.3 (based off of RHEL4) with Zimbra 4.0RC1?

As long as the server meets the minimum spec then, no, there shouldn't be any problems. - performance may not be that great. Is this a test or production server? Do a search of the forums, several of us use CentOS.

    Default legal issues

I was looking more at if there were any legal issues. Posting the network version of 4.0RC1 vs Open Source edition.
The minimum requirements are going to be more of what the host machine is running.
I (and many others as well) are finding that it is easier to play with new software by just downloading an already setup vmware image.

Sorry, I think I misunderstood your post. You mean creating a VMware image with RC1 on it, I guess. There should be no problem creating one for the OSS version, obviously all the terms of the licence must be adhered to (logos, modifications etc.).

There will be licensing issues with the Network Edition, I guess - support or slaes would have to comment on that, you could contact sales direct for their input.

Actually, the VMWare appliance model would be an excellent method to try out new things without committing too much. VMWare Server is now free, so it'd be nice to be able to download images and bring it up quickly for testing/evaluation.
