451 Deferred error

Hi,

My users are getting an error like " status=deferred (host pdcserver.hitechexport.com[192.168.10.2] said: 451 4.0.0 Temporary message delivery failure try again (in reply to end of DATA command))"

My mail server is down from last 3 hrs, can any one help me to resolve this problem?

My Server version is 5.0.11_GA_2695.RHEL5_20081117051306.
