deleted email by mistake?

I deleted message by mistake ... are they gone forever is there a way to get them back?

there were email stuck in the deferred queue this morning and a couple in the corrupt queue
I deleted the ones in the corrupt queue and turn out there was an important message in there :S

any idea if i can get it back?
