Does maybe anyone have a how to or experience at upgrading zimbra on a heartbeat drbd cluster installtion?

Just run upgrades on master server. Afterwards you are welcome to modify startup scripts not to run on boot, but be controlled via HA. As ZCS updates default startup scripts on ugrades, it has to be done manually - the same way, you did it on first install.
