Default Cannot remove posixAccount and sambaSamAccount

I previously installed and then removed the Zimbra Samba Admin Connector.

Although, I have these two attributes for just one user that I cant remove:
  • posixAccount
  • sambaSamAccount

These attributes lead me to this error while editing the user:
Quote:
request: LDAP schema violation: [LDAP: error code 65 - unrecognized objectClass 'posixAccount'

I've tried these commands:

Quote:
zimbra@intranet:~$ zmprov mcf -zimbraAccountExtraObjectClass posixAccount
zimbra@intranet:~$ zmprov mcf -zimbraAccountExtraObjectClass sambaSamAccount
zimbra@intranet:~$
Although they don't seem to be removed!

What can I do?

dump the ldap database to LDIF, manually fix the entries that have those objectClasses to remove them, and reload the LDIF. Or, restore the schema files, and remove them via ldap commands.

Hello quanah,

Why the command is not working?
How do I do that?
