Status of sevices is "stopped" in the web UI, but up and running in fact

Hi,
we are experiencing something strange. The status of all services are reported to be "stopped" in the web console but "zmcontrol status" states they are all up and running.

Has this issue been already reported by anyone else?
Is it a know issue? In case how can I fix the problem?

We are running v6.0.7 Network Edition (not 6.0.7.1) 64bit on RH5.x.

IMPORTANT: this problem has started to show up since we upgraded from 6.0.6 Open Source to 6.0.7 Network Edition.

I have found out there is also the following thread concerning this issue:

Is the ssh-keys solutions proved to work? I saw a lot of users still experiencing the problem...
