Domain Administrator "Features" tab when editing users?

Hi all, I searched for this but could'nt find an appropriate doc or thread in the forum...

I'd like to grant a Domain Administrator the right to see the "Features" tab when he edits a user account (of course in his domain).

The default is that this tab is not visible. I thought that granting the "adminConsoleAccountFeaturesTabRights" right to the Domain Admin would be the solution, but I've not been able to find a way to do this (or anything else that could anyway get me to the result).

Any help much appreciated...
