zimbra spark invalid username or password

Hello,

I am using ZCS 6. There is no error with server IM. But after installation of spark_2.5, i can't chat. Invalid user name and password error getting. i found one thread related to this. but i can't solve this issue still.


Any idea??

I have ZCS 6.0.7 running and have no problem connecting with Pidgin but I can't get Spark to connect. I get the same error about invalid username or password. I would like to use Spark as it is only XMPP and doesn't support other protocols.

I'm seeing the same behavior in 6.0.9..
