Order of download

Hi,

It seems that when Outlook downloads email from Zimbra using POP/IMAP (no Connector), the new emails got downloaded before the older emails.

How can the order be reversed such that new emails are downloaded after the old emails?

When an IMAP client requests a range of messages from the Zimbra IMAP server, they're returned in ascending UID order, which generally correlates to earliest-to-latest order. So if you're seeing latest-to-earliest, it means that Outlook's asking for the messages one at a time, latest-to-earliest. And unfortunately there's not much we can do about that...
