How to select and move all emails?

Zimbra said that holding the shift key while clicking on the "all" checkbox will select everything in the inbox, including those that have not loaded or visible in the inbox yet.

However, I realize that this is not true because when I drag "everything" (with search filter applied) to another folder, it merely move 150 emails and no longer allow me to move any more emails into the same folder.

If I don't have a search filter applied, I can move more. And when the indication show [600 messages moved to "folder"], it simply paused forever and there is only 1 cancel button available.

Anyone has encountered these issues with selecting all function?
