I guess the answer might be to install the correct version on your platform.

There's a total lack of information in that post that doesn't give anyone a clue about what's wrong with your system, how can you expect anyone to help you with nothing to work on?

Start by updating your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):

zmcontrol -v

How about showing the statuis of the ZImbra services? Is this a new install or an upgrade? How long have you had the problem? Which version & release of Ubuntu? Have a look in the log files and see what errors you've got, you can also search the forums for the erros and see what the solutions are. Did you search the forums for this problem (it's most likely been answered already)?

You need to put that information in your forum profile as I asked earlier otherwise we have to keep asking which version of Zimbra you're using.

When asked for details of the services you should post the full output of the 'zmcontrol status' command.

What errors did you find in the log files and did you search the forums for those errors (and solutions)?
