Self signed certificates are regenerated during an upgrade.

Phoenix,

I am assuming our mobile users who are using Windows Mobile 6 will need new certificates for their phones then?

What is the best way to install the new new certificates on their phones?

Thank you for the quick reply

It's been a long time since I used a Windows Mobile device but it depends on what they normally do in these circumstances. They can either ignore the warning about the certificate, import the Root CA or install the SSL with a utility. Have a look at some of the Microsoft documentation (or the import utilities) that's available.

Do you mean the normal server SSL? If you do then you can regenerate it from the Certificates page in the Admin UI or via the CLI: Administration Console and CLI Certificate Tools - Zimbra :: Wiki
