Default Sharing Folders with Groups

Hi,

we have several email accounts (like info@... or sales@...) that can be accessed by several users (user1@..., user2@... etc).

To share info@... with user1 and user2, we use distribution list (list1@...), and shared the info reception box with list1. So far so good.

When user3 join the company, we have to send him manually the invitation to share the info reception box, or alternatively we add him to list1, and resend the invitation to the all distribution list.

The problem is that sometime we miss to send an invitation... Is there a way to add a user to a group, so the shared box is automatically added?

Thanks

in the list distribution setting, you can publish which folders you want. With that, when an user is added, zimbra will auto send an invitation mail to him.
Distribution list --> edit -- > shares --> publish shares
Hope this help
