[SOLVED] briefcase provide wrong links to download shares

we have single cluster node under domain ms.ttt.net
inside we have 3 domains
mail.xxx.com
mail.ooo.com
mail.ww.com

when user create share inside his briefcase it create download link
pointed to our global cluster node which is ms.ttt.net/home/amr@xxx.com/software-win/Windows.7.rar?disp=a

and offcourse it doesnt download
in the other hand if you replace manualy the link to mail.xxx.com etc rest of the link
it download
any idea

You need to set the public service hostname for your server/domain.
