how to get a license key?

hello there, i got a problem now and i have no idea how to deal with it

i want to get a trial, and i filled the sheet here:
Zimbra - Products: Trial License Key

but after 1 hour, i still haven't got a license key e-mail

is there anything wrong?

Check that the email is not in your spam folder at the email address you used.
