Problems with ldap

Problem in the following. Has customised operation with an address book ldap from different clients. But search in TheBat does not work. At search attempt writes "Connection..." And all. When I used OpenLdap, it dared inclusion ldap v2 (in a config added "allow bind_v2"). But here it not помагает. Prompt, in what there can be a problem.
Search from Thunderbirb works perfectly.
