Default Http Error 404

Hello all,

I'm using 6.0.6_GA_2330.RHEL5_20100505210236 CentOS5 FOSS edition.

I have a problem sharing documents When I connect from outside my LAN to HTTPS or HTTP.

A user is dedicated to the sharing of documents, access rights to the briefcase are well defined for other users of the same domaine. But when I add a photo or just to get an access to another picture, I get the following error:

HTTPS ERROR 404

Problem accessing /service/home/user@domaine.com/share/Photo/Greg/IMGP102.JPG. Reason: This object don't Exist..

However, if I add a photo to the root partition, an authentication request is asked, only in this case, I can access the rest of sharing in child directories.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance,

Do you have zimbraPublicServiceHostname set on this server? Check this thread: http://www.zimbra.com/forums/adminis...ing-https.html

Yes, i have already done it to the two domains. If I share a picture at the root share (/briefcase) i have to login on, and then i can access in child folders... its very strange. Otherwise if i didn't that, i can't access to child folders

To info, the ports are open on my box and SME Firewall Configuration - Zimbra :: Wiki

thanks,

Greg
