Default Problem using the "Foward to Address" action with Zimbra filters

Hello,

I have some trouble using the filters to auto-forward emails from a specific address. Basically, whenever I run the filter I get the following message: One or more of the following filters contains an action to "Forward To Address". This actions cannot be run on existing filters and will be ignored.

My setup:

1. Filter Conditions:
If ALL of the conditions are met:
a. FROM MATCHES EXACTLY (email address)
b. Attachment EXISTS

2. Perform the following actions:

a. Forward to address (email address)
b. Keep in Inbox

Do not process additional filters UNCHECKED

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Lambos

So we don't have to keep asking you which version, please update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v

What happens when you receive an email to your account that matches the conditions?

Could it be that the error message is incorrectly worded and should instead say "This action cannot be run on existing mail and will be ignored"?

Try doing zmmailbox -z -m <mailbox name> gfrl as zimbra and examine the output to make sure none of your rules are corrupted somehow. If you'd like you could post the output here.

I have exactly same problem. I don't realize what I'm doing wrong. I did zmmailbox -z -m <mailbox name> gfrl and it didn't show anything bad.
