Default Can't send email from external account after upgrade to 6.0.7

I just upgraded to 6.0.7 and now I can't send email using an external account.

I get this error:

"Cannot read property 'length' of null"

Has anybody else seen this?

Also, can I downgrade to 6.0.6 by running the older install.sh? I really need external accounts to work on my installation.

Welcome to the forums

Only way to downgrade would be to recover from backup; this is due to LDAP schema changes being made within the upgrade process.

I tried removing and readding, but it still does not work.

So my only option is to wipe the server, reinstall 6.0.6 and run a restore?

Is this kind of thing usually resolved quickly through official support channels? (I'm on the Network Edition trial, thinking about purchasing)

If you are on trial you are entitled to support. Contact zimbra support if you like.
Sending from external accounts works for me.

I sent an email to support yesterday, but I did not get a response.

Any other ideas?

Do you have Firefox available with firebug installed ? If so would you try the URL http://your.zimbra.server/zimbra/?dev=1 and see where in the Javascript code the error is being thrown.
