Default Proper use of spam lovers

All,

Here is the situation I have one user that does not trust the antispam they swear a lot of email is being lost for her.

I have an external mail gateway which relays all email from the outside to zimbra and zimbra also uses it as a smart relay for email outbound. I have setup this user on the external relay as a spam_lover allowing all email to pass through but when it get's to zimbra it is marking it as spam and killing it.

Now that I have given you that on to the question.

If I set this user up as a spam lover in zimbra. Can this user still mark spam from the web client to train zimbra not to accept the message or will the spam_lover setup always allow this mail through?

I believe the mail will always be allowed through and if so what would you all recommend as a solution to this possible scenario?

Spam on the zimbra server is setup as the default 33% 75%

They can still train spam for the benefit of other users, but spam filters are always bypassed for users with the spam_lover attribute set, so they will always get all emails.

Thank you Brian as I figured.

Is there anyway that when a message gets killed I can send a message on to this end user?
