I'm not sure what you're asking?

Can you give an example of what you mean by "instances in your application"?

I meant to ask can we create multiple email id accounts on one zimbra server?

For example, There can be n number of users having their email accounts..
So can these n mumber of accounts can be managed under one zimbra server?

And I want to use each of the user's calendar account in my application. i.e I want to show their each one's of appointments into my own application with the use of zimbra API..so Can this be possible?

You can create any number of email accounts in the domains on your Zimbra server, there's no practical limit (apart from hardware) to the number you create.

and yes, you should be able to pull the users calendar info from the API, or even through ICS files. I haven't personally done it yet, but everything that's available from the web is available from the API.
