Lost Mail

Hi,

A member of our team is complaining that he has lost e-mail between some specific dates.

How do you go about finding them or restoring from backup?

I have one month of backups but the lost mail is sent mail from 3 months ago and I'm not sure how to specifically access those mails.

you could do a restore to the oldest date possible, about a month ago it sounds like in your case. then you could see if the mails existed then, perhaps they got deleted between then and now. unfortunately if you didn't save your backups for previous months then you won't be able to go back 3 months.
