Recipient not authorized mail delivery failure

I tried tio send an email but got the following error:

Recipient not authorized, your IP has been found on a block list (in reply
to RCPT TO command)

Could anyone please help on how to check this or go forward

According to that error you are on a block list, you need to find out why and get it removed. Is it your server that gave the error or an external server? If it's your server you'll have to find out why the message was blocked (look at the headers to see what blocked it) If it's an external server then it may be peculiar to the block list used by that server, if it is you'll have to ask them what the problem is.
