Default using zimbra as smtp server

hello,

I am needing to allow a customer to use out server for the smtp outbound traffic but the server is not relaying properly. I added the customers ip to mynetworks through the command line but the person outlook 2007 is throwing an error and says to check the smtp servers port and ssl settings. is the an additional step to allow the smtp relay off our server?

DO not under any circumstances add another network or IP to the mynetworks setting unless you trust that source 100%, you're setting yourself up to be an open relay.

If this is only for one person then create an account on your Zimbra server for them and get them to use Port 587 (the correct Submission port) in their client to submit mail via your server, they will need to authenticate using the account details.
