Show remaining folders

We are running zcs-NETWORK-5.0.22_GA_3210.SLES10_64.20100126140150 and I have one Firefox, web client user who has a large number of folders. She has some very important folders that only appear when she clicks on the "+Show remaining folders." Is there a way to increase the default number of folders that are shown without having to click on that? I know this is relatively painless for the user to do, but "I didn't have to do that in the old mail system" is coming back to bite me in the tush. I have searched throughout the support site and documentation and can't find anything. Any ideas would be appreciated.
