How to block email at server side?

It's nice to have a block list on every user account. But is there a block list on the server side as well? I can't find it in the Admin GUI.

The feature doesn't exist in the Admin UI, I'd suggest you search Bugzilla Main Page - Zimbra and vote on what you find (and use the solution that's also there).

Not unless that's the feature you're looking for, is it? Perhaps you should try searching for 'whitelist' as I believe that's what you talking about.
