Unable to "view mail"

I have a minor issue here (well a few minor issues, this is the first). This is CentOS 5.5 and Zimbra 6.0.6. I searched already, and only saw someone with a similar issue related to DNS (which this is not).

I am unable to use the "view mail" button in the admin console, and get the following error in my browser:

Not Found

The requested URL /service/preauth was not found on this server.
-----

I know what the problem is, just not how to fix it. I have put the webmail onto https, but zimbra is trying to access it by http. So, if I just add an s to the link, it works fine, but I'd like to make it work.
