Configure Grants not working

Hi,

I have domain admin account in zimbra and I have added another admin account in my domain. But when I login to the second domain admin account, I am not able to see any accounts/DLs in it. How can I provide them rights to view the account list? Any clues are appreciated.

In short, i want to delegate the second domain as a standard domain admin. How is this possible?

The Zimbra 6 rights/ACE/Grants thing is not very intuitive, but once you "get" it, it is relatively straightforward to do what you want to do -- albeit sometimes with a little experimentation.

Thanks for the reply there. That doc is indeed very popular, i have been following it to get this done. And doesn't seem to work out actually. But like you said i have to dive into the topic.
