Default limit send mail

I'm having difficulty level to limit the number zimbra email allowed for delivery by a certain time?

Postfix Zimbra on port 10 031 is not achieved by what can be?

I've no idea what you mean by that statement. What exactly is happening and what errors do you see?

When a mail is sent by Webmail he must pass through policyd policyd realized settings and is listening on port 10 031 but as you can see below Zimbra does not send to port 10 031, but directly to 10 025 which is the clamav before that should rise by 10 031 and verify the delivery quota user.

mail sent from WEB INTERFACE dont go to policyd as its sent to sumbission port by zimbra hence bypassing policyd.
policyd will catch it when mail is sent from email client on port 25 (i.e outlook or other server)
